Exchanges & Refund
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange them according to our easy exchange policy. Please note that the exchange is only allowed for orders placed through our website. You have seven 21 days from the day you receive the products (the “Product(s)”) to return them to us for an exchange. All garments are subject to inspection and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange once we receive the garment. If your exchange is approved, you will receive store credit for the full value of the garment you wish to exchange. You may use this store credit towards and immediate replacement product or any future purchase. We do not facilitate cash refunds.
How to Exchange
Please inform us of the exchange by filling out the “Exchange Request Form” or by emailing [email protected]. Please provide the relevant order number to expedite this process. All merchandise being exchanged must be unwashed and unworn. All internal tags must be attached to the garment and the garment should be in original condition with the original receipt. Exchange is allowed only once. Delivery charges are not refunded however we will be charged to deliver the replacement product. You are responsible for taking reasonable care in packing. Products for exchange to prevent damages while such products are being transported back to us. We do not permit exchanges on sale items or discounted items. We allow only one-time exchange per invoice. Once we receive your exchange, it may take up to 3-4 business days to process your request and give you store credit. Discount offers can only be applied to fresh orders placed during the offer period. The offers are not valid for exchange orders.
Exchange for Damaged items
We ensure that the quality and standards are met in our products and processes. To achieve the standards, we conduct a quality check to ensure the products are 100% damage free before the shipment. Once you receive the order, please check your items at the delivery point. Please contact us immediately if you find a damaged item and you will be able to return it or we will exchange it free of charge. Please note that we will not be responsible for the damaged items thereafter.
Cancellation Policy
You can inform us by emailing on our official email: [email protected] . Please be kind enough to inform us within 24 hours of placing the order since the product will be reserved for you. The cancellation should happen before the order is dispatched from the office.
